+ How Does Billing Work?

All billing runs through the Ambrosia Social website.

Once you decide on a social package, you'll receive an email directing you to setup your secure payment subscription. Your account will be automatically billed every 30-days from your original payment date.

+ What Do I Need to Provide to Get Started?

Ambrosia Social will need access to social media accounts. Instructons will be provided to properly and securly share your social media credentials.

Also please provide photos, videos, and insight into your business. Your content helps us create a social media plan true to your brand.

+ How Long Does Setup Take?

Setup generally takes one week once you've setup a payment plan. You will receive content mockups which will need to be approved prior to going live.

+ How Do I Share New Photos / Videos?

That's the easiest part!

We setup secure upload options based on your comfort level. You can upload content directy to the Ambrosia Social website. We also accept content via Dropbox and Google Drive.

+ Which Social Media Platforms Do You Suggest?

It all depends on your audience.

All social media packages include scheduled Instagram and Facebook posting. However, depending on your needs we can customize plans to incude Twitter, TikTok, Pinterest, and LinkedIn.

+ What is the Cancellation Policy?

You can cancel at anytime. However, refunds or prorate paymnents will not be issued.

+ How Much Does a Website Cost?

Website packages start at $3,500. Our web design packages can be customized to fit your specific needs. Prices listed below are an estimatd starting point.

  • Starter Website: $3,500
  • Website Redesign; $3,000
  • E-Commerce Starter (50 Product Limit): $5,500
  • E-Commerce Complete Website: $6,500

+ How Does Billing Work?

Payment is split into two stages. 50% of your estimated cost is due to start the project. The remaining 50% is due upon completion.

+ Which Platforms Do You Suggest?

Ambrosia Social prefers to create websites on user-friendly Cotent Management Systems. It ensures that you maintain ownership of your website domain, hosting, and control over any edits.

Ambrosia Social recommeds but does not limit our services to Squarespace, Weebly, Shopify.

+ What Do I Need to Provide to Get Started?

The more content the merrier!

You should start collecting any photos, videos, reviews, or product information to help guide the web design process.

Ambrosia Social will provide a secure upload portal and may request additional input as your website progresses.

+ How Soon Before We Get Started?

Ambrosia Social takes on one website design at a time. Start date will depend on any pending projects.

Once the first payment is made, your website design will start within 48 hours.

+ How Long Before My Website is Live?

Generally a website is live within six-weeks of the start date. If you're looking for a quicker turnaround please contact Ambrosia Social directly.

+ How Much Input Can I Have During the Process?

Your input is key!

Ambrosia Social designs at least three concept mockups based off your intitial request. Your ideas, likes, dislikes, and favorite websites help guide this pricess.

Once a design concept is choosen, we provide three-rounds of rough drafts for you to alter before a website is live.

+ I Started a Website with Someone Else, Can You Takeover?

Yes, but this can be a tricky matter depending on contract terms. Please contact Ambrosia Social directly if you're looking to make a switch.

+ Can I Edit My Website Once It's Finished?

Anytime! Ambrosia Social only builds in user-friendly Content Management Systems (CMS). It means you retain control over editing any content on your website.

All web design packages come with access to training videos so you can learn to edit as you go.

+ Can You Update My Website Once It's Live?

Absolutely, for the first 30-days any content updates and formatting fixes are free.

Ambrosia Social is happy to provide content updates, additional page creations, product additions, and redesigns at any time. Our fee is $90 an hour.

Or customers can opt for a monthly maintenance package for $800.
